Milli Hidrometeorologiya Xidmətindən Ölkə.Az-a verilən məlumata görə, havanın temperaturu gecə 3° şaxtadan 1°-dək isti, gündüz 6-8° isti olacaq.
Ayın 27-si gecə də paytaxtda şaxta olacaq. Havanın temperaturu -1 dərəcə təşkil edəcək.
Gecə və səhər dağlıq rayonlarda yollar buz bağlayacaq.
